03How we sell our services

This website describes our services but does not sell them. No goods or services can be ordered or paid for here.

Every engagement is quoted individually and agreed in writing before work starts, in a master services agreement, a scope sheet and a data processing agreement. These set out the services, the full price including VAT, payment terms, duration, and how either party may end the agreement. If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the agreement applies.

You pay Google Cloud directly for the cloud resources in your own organisation. Dynepta invoices only for its own setup fee and retainer.
